Refunds (if applicable)
We strive to ensure that your music is live on all designated platforms as quickly as possible. However, if your song is not live on at least one platform within 30 days of the scheduled go-live date, you may request a refund. The refund amount will be issued after deducting taxes, platform fees, and basic fees.
Please note that once your song is live on any platform, we cannot accept your refund request. If your refund request is accepted, the amount will be refunded to you within 7 days of acceptance. Once the refund is initiated it may take approximately 7–8 working days to reflect in your bank account.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us at uploadnations@gmail.com with the following details:
- Your full name
- Order number
- Song title
- Date of purchase
- Reason for the refund request
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- Forced Takedown by Uploader: If the uploader requests a takedown after the song has been uploaded and processed.
- Customer Cancellation: If the customer cancels the order after submission.
- Third-Party Takedown: If a third party requests a takedown due to infringement of rights.
- Unauthorized Upload: If the song is taken down because it was uploaded without proper authorization, or if a cover song was uploaded without the necessary rights.
Non-Refundable Content Types
We will not issue refunds for the upload of the following types of content:
- Business and Brand Content: Business tunes, brand tunes, corporate tunes, advertisements.
- Specialty Tunes: Happy Birthday tunes, name tunes.
- Meditation and Voice-Over: Meditation tracks, voice-over content for businesses or individuals.
Other Non-Refundable Content
In addition to the above, refunds will not be issued for content that falls under these categories:
- Brand promotional content — any content created for promoting brands
- Use of VVIP names — content that includes the names of Very Very Important Persons
- Celebrity names — content that includes celebrity names without proper authorization
- Objectionable words — content containing words deemed offensive or inappropriate
- Sleazy words — content with vulgar or sexually explicit language
- Current affairs — content related to current news events or issues
- Prank tunes — content intended as pranks or jokes
- Promotional content — any other promotional material not specified above
- Political content — content related to political matters
- Corporate tunes — content specifically made for corporate use
